By the time I reached my 40’s, lifestyle choices starting from an early age, along with hormone changes, started showing up from the inside à out!


I used to heal so quickly and be able to get “back” into shape within a 2-week workout period. Now, it’s more like a 6+ month workout journey! Each decade of my life I notice a significant change in how my body reacts to food, drinks, exercise, healing and lifestyle choices in general. My heart, soul and mind are both young and enthusiastic! However, recovery time is a reality. It takes longer now, no doubt about it. Taking risks and going on adventures have whole new meaning. If something happens, what are the repercussions? How long will it take me to heal and who are the people in my life that it will affect? A healthier me is suddenly becoming more and more important.


Now you ask, what does this have to do with skin? Quite simply, what is going on inside, reflects on your outside “skin”, your largest organ! Your Health plays a major role in the health of your skin.   Working both internally and topically will drastically reduce the signs of aging, both inside and outside!
