3 healthy skin tips for Busy People

Happy New Year!! Welcome to 2019! Did you have a nice break? Short breaks are always welcome in my world. However, Im a workaholic and time to get back on track with life, work, and skin care.
While we’re out there chasing dreams and making things happen, sometimes our beauty and skincare routine gets pushed aside. Add some stress into the mix, and say bye-bye to clear beautiful skin.
Here are 3 skin care tips for busy people like you to maintain healthy skin.
1. Wash your face in the morning and evening!
Cleansing is the best way to eliminate bacteria that can lead to breakouts. So regardless of how tired you may feel at the end of the day or upon waking up, this step is critical to the health of your skin. The Jojoba Scrub is a natural exfoliator with jojoba oil and aloe. Efficient but gentle to help remove dead skin and keep your skin hydrated. Suitable for all skin types.
2.Invest in a serum
Serum is made up of smaller molecules that can penetrate deeply into the skin and deliver a very high concentration of active ingredients. For example, antioxidant and vitamin C serums can help regenerate collagen which will help give our skin strength and elasticity while replacing dead skin. The Triple Vitamin Serum has all the above and more. Apply 3-4 drops morning and night after cleansing.
3.Drink Water
Yes, you can count the cup of water in your morning coffee. However, you may want to add a few cups after. Stay hydrated will help keep your skin healthy, reduce clogged pores, and wrinkles. If you want that radiant glow, drink more water. Currently, my water choice is Just Water and Evian.
I’m certain the products discussed here will provide you with the essentials to a healthy self-care regimen. We are highly focused on education here at Dermaesthetics, so if you have additional questions on products, I encourage you to send us a message. You can also seek guidance from your esthetician during your next facial treatment. Remember, great skin doesn’t happen by chance, it happens by appointment!
