Regimens Required (Part 2)
Regimens Required (Part 2)
By Carissa St. Rose
In case you missed the previous regimen blog last week, my name is Carissa, and I’m a regimen-aholic, haha. You name it, cleansing regimens, anti-aging regimens, pigment regimens, acne regimens - I love them all! I’m a regimen advocate as both a Dermaesthetics Aesthetician and a consumer, as I see the value from both ends of the spectrum. Results oriented treatments require self-care to maintain and supplement outcomes, so you’ll truly experience optimal benefits when you commit to a healthy regimen.
You received guidance on cleansing routines in “Regimens Required”, so today I’ll walk you through selecting an advanced regimen to address your skin concerns. DBH regimens are clinically tested to include products that can be layered for a PowerBlended approach to results, which allows you to achieve desired results quickly.
If you desire an Anti-aging regimen, the Dermaesthetics Age Defiance Advanced Skin System is for you. This regimen addresses fine lines, wrinkles, loss of firmness, and dehydration through the Collagen Stemedic Serum, Life Duo Mature set, and the Age Defiance Cream.
To target hyperpigmentation (dark spots), you’ll want to add the Color Correction System to your cleansing regimen. The C-Lester 20 Serum, Colorlite Corrective Serum, and Colorlite Plus Cream work together to lighten skin tone to unveil a brighter complexion.
Treating acne can be simplified with the use of the Acne Solution System. This regimen aims to reduce excess oil production and bacteria, while promoting healthy cellular turnover. Included in the system is the DBH Clear Complex PM Purity Gel, BPO 5% Gel, Clear Complex Cream, and the Clear Complex Sulfur Mask.
For those of you with sensitive skin, the DBH Sensitive Skin System is for you. This regimen includes the Moisture B5 Serum, Advanced Collagen Formula to provide hydration, stimulate collagen production, and protect the skin from free radicals.
I hope this provides additional insight to DBH regimens and the value in committing to a healthy skincare routine. Depending on the targeted skin concern, you can expect to see results in as little as 4 weeks when following the regimen protocol. Should you require additional guidance, your Dermaesthetics Aesthetician can further assist you with determining the ideal self-care regimen, so don’t hesitate making that call. Remember, great skin doesn’t happen by chance, it happens by appointment!
Xoxo,
Carissa
