Congestion is rarely all over. It sits in a few places, so that is where this toner goes.

Our other exfoliating toner is for the morning, over the whole face. BHA Toner is the evening one, for targeted areas. Glycolic Acid resurfaces, and Willow Bark and Chestnut Extract tone and work on the look of pores.

It is a watery toner applied with a cotton pad. Sweep it over the congested areas only, and leave the rest of your face alone. With steady use, those areas look clearer and smoother. In the morning it pairs with Salix Tone.

How This Product Works

Glycolic Acid loosens the bonds between dull surface cells, which resurfaces the areas where it is applied. Willow Bark and Chestnut Extract tone and work on the look of pores. Aloe and Allantoin are included for comfort.

The areas you apply it to feel smoother within a week or two. A clearer look builds over four to six weeks of nightly use.

HOW TO USE

Use in the evening.
Saturate a cotton pad and sweep it over congested areas only, not your whole face.
Do not rinse.
