The powder contains Albumen and Hydrolyzed Collagen, which form a film that tightens as it dries. That effect is temporary and sits on the surface. The liquid adds a peptide for a smoother look, Snail Secretion Filtrate and Hyaluronic Acid to hydrate, and Niacinamide to support the moisture barrier.

Skin looks firmer and smoother as soon as you rinse. The tightened look is temporary, so use it when you want it.
